Welcome to HybFormation\u2019s Blog Space!<\/p>\n

We are delighted to invite you to savour our reflections, our experiences and to share information.<\/p>\n

The world is changing quickly. Here, we would like to take a step back from our daily lives and professional work.<\/p>\n

Why a blog (while there is so much to do)? Because we\u2019re passionate about technology supported by pedagogy, both in theory and practice.<\/p>\n

At HybFormation, we want to share ideas, experiences, tools, challenges, achievements and other results of our ongoing thoughts and learning, which we hope will provide you with a more global spectrum of reflection. The spectrum covers the insights we continue to gain from delivering online training, on-the-job training, hybrid learning, microlearning and more.<\/p>\n

It is not just one more blog, it is a way for you to discover our colour, opinions, those of practitioners who recognize the value of scientific foundations and who consider technology, not as a means in itself, but, as a tool in the service of human beings.<\/p>\n

We also believe in the notion of pleasure – the pleasure of creating and co-creating, of working as a complementary team, of achieving or surpassing established objectives, and of offering a conclusive experience for managers, trainers, and participants alike.<\/p>\n

In our first blog, we thought we\u2019d reflect on the challenges and opportunities of artificial intelligence for managers in developing, delivering, and measuring training programs and learning for business.<\/p>\n

Managers are currently facing several HR challenges, such as:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Maximizing employee autonomy and performance<\/li>\n
  2. Ensuring quality and conformity of operations<\/li>\n
  3. Planning and preparing succession<\/li>\n
  4. Promoting ownership of change<\/li>\n
  5. Mobilizing his\/her team<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    How can AI support managers in addressing these challenges? To demonstrate, I thought I\u2019d use CoPilot to ask, \u201cWhat\u2019s the difference between a manager and artificial intelligence?\u201d<\/p>\n

    And here is CoPilot\u2019s answer:<\/p>\n

    \u201cIn short, AI is a technological tool that can support managers in their tasks, but the fundamental role of a manager remains focused on interacting with people and managing operations within an organization.\u201d<\/p>\n

    Thanks Copilot! It\u2019s neat, it\u2019s helpful and it only took two seconds to get. And I agree. Artificial intelligence does not replace the manager. Although it can become a bad master if we don\u2019t know how to use it carefully, it has all the potential to be, in our opinion, a good servant.<\/p>\n
